Sword of Truth

Vorgentah retrieved the ancient key-sword in the passage underway, opening the pathway to the second half of the long tunnel into Siriol's phase-locked realm; this happens in the novel 'Siglacol and Eiriafael'. The sword is made from brass - it's not a formidable weapon and was not meant to be, at a push it might survive a fight against an unarmored opponent when used to receive blows on the flat unless it severs - binding against an enchanted blade would be very destructive to it. It is merely a key, set with six soul-gems; essentially suggesting it was at one time used as a soul-stealer, of some sort. Perhaps the energizing power within them is gone, as the gems are now dark and inert. The sword is an ornament lost in time, as it was destroyed by it's insertion into the great lock, vaporized to nothingness. Analogue sketch by OGO.
